For years I've stood on the sidelines, preparing for my turn, waiting for my real life to begin.

The job I'm in now is temporary, I thought. It's not my actual career.

One day, when I'm brave enough, I'll wear that outfit. I'll try that style of dancing.

But the truth is, we need to own our desires. Then we need to be brave enough to follow through on them.

The easiest way I've found is to just power through.

You already know what you want. Now you just have to say yes. Before fear kicks in. And all the reasons why not will begin flooding your mind.

The key is to start, and then you'll realise that whatever you were scared of, wasn't so scary in the first place.
