Shedding my limiting beliefs - the 365 day Project

I woke up this morning with an anxious feeling in my chest and the heavy realisation that my life has already started. I'm currently in the middle of my life (pretty, obvious right?). I have a huge list of dreams big and small, that are still unexplored.
The reason I haven't taken those chances or explored those paths is because of fear. Fear that I'm not good enough. Fear that I'll be rejected. Fear that I'll somehow stuff up my life if I don't stick to the tried and tested path.
So to take back a hold of my life, I'm going to tackle one limiting belief at a time for 365 days a year. A limiting belief, is a thought you've held about the world (e.g. I'm not good with money) that is not true, and no longer serves to help you grow.
In my posts, I'm going to give myself some structure to the project so that I don't lose sight of the goal and slip back into old limiting beliefs.
here's my outline:
Step 1: name the goal (who I'd like to be, but for some reason I'm holding myself back)
Step 2: name the limiting belief stopping me from moving forward
Step 3: is that belief true?
Step 4: Mantra to stop the limiting belief in my head as it comes up
Step 5: concrete actions that defy the limiting belief
(Deep breath! here we go!)
