Chances are, the very things you want, you already have.
You're just not sure you have it.
Want more love. BE more love.
Want more resources. BE more resourceful.
Want more passion in your life? Be more passionate about the things you already do. HINT: the career you want, you're probably already doing. Maybe it's not your job, but it could be your hobby or something you spend all your spare time researching.
You'll find that you already have a whole lot of relationships that just need more tending to, and you'll start feeling more fulfilled.
The same goes with resources - whether it be money or space or time.
Money -
For example, without a doubt, whenever I've got a new event coming up, I might think to myself - what do I wear? and I tell myself - you don't need to buy anything new. and sure enough, I find the perfect outfit in my wardrobe. Sometimes its something I've worn a thousand times. Sometimes, its something I've worn differently, just re-purposed.
Space - With a new baby, I keep buying new clothes and toys once they've outgrown the old. I generally dont know where to put all of these new things. But honestly if you take a look at the space already available in your life, you'll find that there's shelves full of clothes you used to wear but no longer do. Things that used to be used but no longer have a function. Throw them out and make way for the new stages of your life.
Time - here's my secret. If you make time to relax and meditate, you'll FEEL like you have all the time in the world. why? because everything else like chores, social engagements, baby responsibilities will easily fit in around it. you might not get the chores done properly, or you might leave a social engagement early or even cancel but chances are, you don't mind doing that in the first place.
That's because the FEELING of 'I don't have enough time' is usually a feeling of stress and what you're really trying to say is 'I'd like to slow down and take some time for myself.'
