Tackling limiting belief #6 - I'm running out of time
Tackling the limiting belief
While this is a similar variation of the thought 'there's not enough time' there's a subtle difference. There's not enough time is the feeling of being overwhelmed and overscheduled.
Whereas, 'I'm running out of time' is the feeling of external circumstances (like ageing, your biological clock, external social metrics of when you're supposed to buy a house, get that job etc etc)
The social metrics are a product of our human inherent tendency to compare with others. Where are we on the social hierarchy in terms of status and resources?
On the otherhand, the process of ageing and for women the ticking biological clock and timeframe by which to have children are more immovable. But still all is not lost.
The Mantra
'Time fits me like a glove' is a mantra I'd first heard through Jess Lively through the Lively Show podcast and it resonated with me deeply because I've definitely felt this before.
When you relax, time expands.
When you relax, you think and act with clarity and compassion. You behave in accordance with your highest intentions for your highest good. Basically, you weed out the worry and the circular decision-making and act towards your deepest desires.
The end result is, the thing you wanted the most, is the things that are realised. And often because there's not much resistance in the way, it's all unfolds seemingly quicker.
