What if I took on something radical, and committed to undoing one limiting belief every single day of the year? where would it take me? would my life completely transform?
It costs me nothing and can only do a world of good - so I'm willing to give it a go.
so.. what's my process?
Step 1. Find a limiting belief that's holding you back.
This is surprisingly easy. You'll find a limiting belief where ever you find stress or discomfort in your life. Ask yourself, what's the narrative I'm telling myself? and identify the core assumptions a.k.a beliefs underpinning that narrative. Which of these assumptions or beliefs would I be willing to see differently?
If that doesnt work, another way to frame the question is to ask yourself, which of these assumptions or beliefs is preventing me from living my best life? whats holding me back?
Step 2. Replace that limiting thought with a more empowering thought
and repeat that thought like a mantra throughout the whole day - the whole week if it takes time.

so.. what's my limiting belief and the mantra I'm replacing it with?
Limiting belief: Rich men are entitled and entitled men abuse the powers they have.
Questioning the belief:
Being richer doesnt necessarily make a person more entitled, nor abusive. Money and power does not necessarily corrupt.
While I might have witnessed some rich, entitled men abuse their powers in my life, I cannot categorically say all rich entitled men would behave this way.
New mantras: I welcome money and power into my life, knowing that these are privileges that I can choose to exercise in anyway, shape or form.
I choose to use my money and power for good.
